Milt joined the firm in 1967 and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Milt's areas of expertise includes income tax consulting, planning and preparation, estate and gift tax planning, and financial and retirement planning. His clientele include agriculture, construction, manufacturing, professional service corporations, restaurants and retail companies. Milt is Treasurer of Cleary University and Salem Church in Ann Arbor. Milt is a member of the following organizations: Washtenaw County Estate Planning Council, Washtenaw County Farm Bureau, Ann Arbor Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, member of the tax section of the AICPA and member of the MACPA. Milt is a lifetime resident of Washtenaw County. Milt and his wife of 43 years, Jan, have four grown children and five beautiful grandchildren.
 Steve Schneider

Steve joined the firm in 1977 after graduating from Cleary University and is currently the managing principal. During this time he has developed a broad base of clientele and knowledge in the areas of construction, retail, restaurants, non-profit sporting clubs, manufacturing, software development companies and professional service providers. Steve works primarily with small to medium size, closely owned businesses. His expertise include startup businesses, business advising, income and estate planning, and business succession planning. Steve has been active in several non-profit, professional and service organizations over the years. He is currently President of the Michigan Pheasants Forever State Council, Treasurer of the Lurie Terrace Senior Citizens Housing of Ann Arbor Board of Directors, Chairman of the Huron Tails Friends of Scouting Fundraising Committee, and Board member of the Michigan Aphasia Center. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce, the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council and Christ our King Lutheran church in Saline. Steve and his wife, Gretchen, have lived in the Saline/Milan area since 1977.
 Roger "Mike" Raham

Mike joined the firm in 1979 after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. Since then he has worked in many areas of accounting and taxation for small to medium sized businesses. Mike serves industries such as automotive dealerships, retail and wholesale, construction, printers, and professional services. Mike's areas of practice include computer consulting, business development, tax and financial planning,along with estate and retirement planning. Mike is currently Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Saline and Treasurer of the Saline Area Social Service. Mike is a member of the AICPA, the MACPA and the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council. He is also a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Mike lives in Saline with his wife, Rene' and their sons Bobby and Reid.
