Milt joined the firm in 1967 and is the managing principal. Milt's areas of expertise includes income tax consulting, planning and preparation, estate and gift tax planning, and financial and retirement planning. His clientele include agriculture, construction, manufacturing, professional service corporations, restaurants and retail companies. Milt is president of the Washtenaw County Salvation Army Advisory Board and Chairman of the Board of Elders at Salem Church, Ann Arbor. Milt is a member of the following organizations: Western Washtenaw Estate Planning Council, Washtenaw County Farm Bureau, Ann Arbor Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, member of the tax, management consulting and personal financial planning sections of the AICPA and member of the MACPA. Milt is a lifetime resident of Washtenaw County. Milt and his wife of 38 years, Jan, have four grown children and three beautiful grandchildren.
Steve Schneider

Steve has been a member of the firm for over 25 years during which time he has developed a broad base of clientele and knowledge in the areas of construction, retail, non-profit sporting clubs, manufacturing, automotive repair, and professional service providers. Steve works primarily with small-to-medium size, closely held businesses. His areas of expertise include start-up businesses, business development coaching, tax planning and preparation, business valuations, estate planning, business succession, and retirement planning. Steve has been active in several non-profit, professional and service organizations over the years and is currently active in the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce, the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council, and the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce. Steve and his wife Gretchen have lived in the Saline/Milan area for over 25 years.
Roger "Mike" Raham

Mike joined the firm in 1979 after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. Since then he has worked in many areas of accounting and taxation for small to medium sized businesses. Mike serves industries such as automotive dealerships, retail and wholesale, construction, printers, and professional services. Mike's areas of practice include computer consulting, business development, tax and financial planning,along with estate and retirement planning. Mike is currently President/Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Saline and Treasurer of the Saline Area Social Service. Mike is a member of the AICPA, the MACPA and the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council. He is also a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Mike lives in Saline with his wife, Rene' and sons Bobby and Reid.
Jim Bennett

Jim has been with the firm for over 15 years and has developed expertise in serving nonprofit organizations and construction related companies. He is in charge of the firm's Nonprofit Services Group, and has lectured extensively on nonprofit issues including annual audits and accounting software. The Nonprofit Group provides annual audits and reviews, bookkeeping, accounting software implementation, Form 990 preparation, and budgeting assistance. Jim has also helped construction companies with annual audits, bookkeeping, cost accounting systems, and understanding financial statements. Jim serves on several board of directors of local nonprofit organizations. Jim lives in the Ann Arbor area with his wife, Sue, and their children, Amy and Will.
